Start and stop charging
- Open the app: Monta Charge
- Find and click on the desired charging point in the app
- Select charging amount or continuous charging
- Proceed to payment
- Select a payment method and start charging
- Stop charging

My cable is stuck
You should always be able to release the charging cable from the vehicle. Once the charging connector is released at the vehicle end, it should automatically be released at the charger end as well.
How to release the charging cable from your vehicle (depends on the brand and model of your vehicle):
- Release the charging cable using the vehicle’s display or settings.
- Press the lock button on your key fob 2 to 5 times.
- Use the vehicle’s manual emergency release. It is typically located in the trunk, the frunk, or under the hood.
